Aditya Jha Aditya is the very soul of A2V.He proves to his team time and again that nothing is impossible if your heart's full of passion for the work that you do. He has answers to all the questions. Extremely flexible with an intelligent mind! He is the very bridge between the vision and the success of our company. Extremely approachable and helpful for all of us at all times, work is his passion. His expertise encompasses Information management, Systems, Processes, Personnel Development, Staff training, Infrastructure management, Facilities management, PL Management and Financial administration. An Anthropologist by education from Delhi University and an alumnus of Officers Training Academy, Aditya has excelled in implementing Programs based on PRINCE2 methodology of Project Implementation. A certified PRINCE2 Trainer, he has also worked at a senior management level in global organizations such as William J Clinton Foundation and NIIT Ltd

Ankur Mehra An adventure freak, Ankur lives life king size. His verbal and written skills are revered upon in the corporate world. An editor for many prestigious columns wit and sense of humor come very easy to him. Having worked for over 13 years in varied Industries his experience and education give him an extra edge. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) as well as the esteemed Indian Military Academy. He has also pursued and successfully completed (distinction-holder) an online MBA program from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning (SCDL). Ankur is also a Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager. "Enjoy the process" is what we hear him say all the time!

Anurag Tyagi Keen learner, Anurag is information hungry. This reflects in the varied hobbies and passions that he pursues. He loves photography, fiddles with gadgets, is video game crazy and surfs web. He is our Jack - Jack of all and master of none (as he calls himself). And yes!! Jack is not a dull boy- he loves basket ball and football. He is always ready to take new challenges and faces competition in his own stride. MBA in finance and Marketing he is currently managing and developing new projects.

Aparna Sethi
is a well travelled team member. She has studied and worked abroad for a couple of years. The highlight of her personality will undoubtedly be interpersonal skills. A Management post graduate from one of the renowned universities in Europe. Her passion for travelling and understanding the minds of people from different countries and cultures has taken her all around the world. She is a friendly sincere and a helpful person. Bipin Kumar is a part of the IT team at A2V. A software engineer by profession he loves listening to old Hindi songs. Very friendly and light at heart, he loves his work. Though his presence is very subtle and under played, his contribution in the company is very important. His hobbies are reading and learning about new technologies and travelling. He has a keen interest in the Indo Japan space and updates himself on this periodically.

Himani Khatri Vivacious and full of life! That's Himani for you. A fully charged battery always (Himani of course!) keeps the office young and vibrant at all times. She is a young Post graduate who topped the college. Confidence and optimism are two outstanding traits that she reflects at all times. Always ready to face any challenge and witty to find her way around the obstacles are some of her hidden strengths. An avid social networking buff she's always connected with her friends. Pooja Rohra Beautiful bright eyes with a very sharp mind along with a focused approach towards work are the first impressions you'll form when you meet Pooja. MBA specializing in Marketing and Human resource, she is interested in co-ordinating multiple projects. She says and she does -'live her life at her own terms'. She is strong and independent. Sunil is a Bachelor in engineering in computer science who has extensive experience in the field of software development and software training. He is a very polite individual who is ever smiling and has a very high level of concentration. He adores the freedom of creativity he has in his space of work. Varun Sharma Varun is the backbone of A2V.He looks after all the administration and back end processes in the company. Not only is he a very prompt and a detail oriented person but also someone who is happy to help always. One man army is a tag perfectly suitable for Varun. Highly ambitious in nature he is pursuing his MBA after having completed Bachelors of technology in mechanical engineering. In his leisure time he loves the outdoors and is especially great at cricket and bowling!

Vivek Bharti Vivek is an integral part of our marketing team. Focus along with perseverance is his key traits. He is a travel freak who adores going to hill stations. Also a health conscious person essentially, who is fond of his morning jogs. He enjoys watching the sunrise and also likes to spend quality time with close friends.
