experience on the application enough?
You don’t need to be certified to teach applications unless otherwise specified.
However, you need to be experienced in teaching application. A certification is
only an added benefit to your profile as it will only lend more credibility to your

Once your profile is updated then you will be considered for any training opportunity
for which you have the required qualification.
7. When should I start or expect training assignments from Guruvantage?
Once you become the member of the Guruvantage, you will start getting training assignments
as per your expertise.
8. Are my training assignments visible to everyone?
It is visible to everyone after you become the member of Guruvantage-The Training
Ecosystem.
9. How can the Trainee’s and Training Manager’s contact me?
Once you are registered on Guruvantage, your profile is immediately visible to all
the site visitors. The Guruvantage team will assist you in establishing contact
from the Trainees and Training Managers.
10. Who will decide my commercials?
You, as a Trainer will decide your commercials. Guruvantage will only add facilitation
charges.
11. Who will rate me?
The training stakeholder’s such as the Trainees and Training Manager will rate you.
12. When will I be get paid and after how many days of training?
After completion of training and raising invoice, trainer will be paid within 45
days.
13. Can I conduct open batches?
Yes, you can conduct open batches whenever you require. You may also expect support
from Guruvantage in terms of giving wider publicity to the training program at hand,
expert suggestions by industry experts, Consultancy services etc.
14. How can I become the trainer of the week?
‘Trainer of the week’ is an automated process which is driven by the Ratings that
trainer accrues on his training assignments. The ratings are done by the trainees
attending a training event and/or by the Training Managers, as the case maybe
